I had to share this blog post that I read from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. So often I see women trying to beat their bodies into submission and doing all sorts of harsh things to loose weight so that they can have the body that they dream of. What are you really looking for in that perfect body? What do you really want to satisfy? Are you looking for love? Do you think that when you “finally” have that body you will “finally” be happy? Marc David explores these concepts in his books as well as his blog. I personally don’t think that we can have a truly healthy life without thinking about this.
