Do you have a plan B? I’ve heard the saying “A man with no plan plans to fail”. It is never more true than in this instance. Work, kids, family and a host of other things will always get in the way if you don’t have a plan. Make a plan to get out for a walk during your lunch break, before work or any other spare time that you have – something is better than nothing. YOU CAN DO THIS!
