Make sure to reward yourself for each milestone, no matter how small. The small steps gradually lead to the big ones you want to make today. As one of my teachers said once “Don’t reward yourself with food, you’re not a dog”. Pick a healthy reward like a massage or foot rub. How about a movie, day off, gym membership or even a vacation. Make it fun and make it healthy.
