31 Days to Unbreakable Resolutions – Day 20

31 Days of Unbreakable Resolutions (Day 20): Visualize your success.  Sit comfortably with your eyes closed and imagine your life after you have achieved all the goals that you set out to achieve on January 1st. How has your life changed? How do you feel after accomplishing these goals.  Picture all the steps that you have taken and still need to take to get there.  If the moods strikes, create a visualization board for your future.  Cut and paste images that align with your goals and post your board somewhere visible to remind you of it daily.

Do you struggle to get out of the house to work out with your little one? There’s a lot of moms playgroups out there and it’s wonderful to socialize but we want to be healthy for our children too. We want to be strong and sexy and feel awesome in our bodies, but childcare isn’t always an option and wouldn’t it be nice to get strong and fit while bonding with our little one.

Get a great workout and bond with your child too!

31 Days to Unbreakable Resolutions (day 16)

Avoid the negative people, the saboteurs. There will always be someone trying to make you go against your plan, for whatever reason they may have.  Maybe they are jealous of your success or maybe it’s someone that you live with and your new plan is changing the way that you live.

Keep in mind why you are doing this and life your life according to that why.  Have you done the exercise on figuring out your big why yet?  If not go back to Day One and do that now.

31 Days to Unbreakable Resolutions (day 15)

You’re halfway there! How do you feel about your resolutions?  Now is a good time to re-evaluate and check in with yourself.  Do you still feel like this is what you want? Maybe you’ve already achieved some of them and it’s time to think of new ones and expand your horizons or maybe you set your sights a little too high? Either way take an honest look at your resolutions and decide – now is a great time to make a change if you need to.

31 Days to Unbreakable Resolutions Day 13

Take advantage of technology. Sign up for daily motivational e-mails, or text messages.  Set reminders on your cell phone or computer to get out there and get working on those goals.  Are they still visible to you? You didn’t take them down already, did you? Make sure if you haven’t done so yet to post your goals in a place where you will see them often.

For apps to keep you motivated, try Diet coach or Spark People – both are available on Android and iPhone.  They are wonderful to stay on track.

You could also video journal your food intake on Eatly (www.eat.ly).  Afterall, you would eat a huge bag of M and M’s but not if someone else would see it.  Others rate your food intake on this site and although its just users, not nutritionists everyone knows that jumbo candy bags aren’t healthy, so you can use it as a tool – I started last week.
